Marketing and Sales Representative

The area

It is the task of the Marketing department to substantiate this positive perception with practical examples and to send out from the competition with an unmistakable performance promise. Marketing person or Sales representatives are responsible for selling Pars Flame Control’s products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, training, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.

 

The people

As a marketing expert, you have the know-how to place the Pars Flame Controls brand on the market in a sustainable manner. On the basis of market, competition and customer satisfaction analyses, you design target-group-specific campaigns. One focus is on online marketing. In cooperation with the IT department and the worldwide marketing network, you will continuously develop the country websites, evaluate user statistics and conduct email and newsletter campaigns. Other important instruments in the marketing mix are analogue formats such as trade fairs and events on specialists’ topics at home and abroad. With your strong communication skills, you can also use these platforms effectively for direct contact and personal exchange with existing and potential customers.

 

Responsibilities for sales representative

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Develop robust knowledge of all product lines / services
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Creat, plan, and deliever presentations on Company products
  • Track all sales activities

 

Qualificaitons for sales representative

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, communcations, or related field
  • 2-4 years of sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of CRM software
