Our quality policy has been specified by our Company management. Pars Flame Controls has been committed to consistently applying and continuously improving the quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001. For us, quality encompasses not just the quality of our products themselves, but also the quality of each individual process step. We are committed to understanding our customers' requirements in order to provide them with suitable, high-quality solutions. Our products are designed to help our customers succeed in the market.

 

Aims

The aims of our quality policy are defined as followings:

  • To strive and offer world class quality products and services to our customers in domestic and international market satisfying the laws and regulations.
  • To accomplish the corporate vision of the Company by offering technologically advanced and reliable products and services to the best satisfaction of the customers.
  • To improve competitiveness and profitability through continual improvement in quality of products, process, systems and after-sales services.

 

Objectives

Our quality policy sets out the framework for our quality objectives and is regularly reviewed to make sure that it is still adequate and fit for purpose. Our Quality Management System has the aim of enabling the achievement of the following objectives:

Process improvement

One of the objectives of our processes is to fulfil our customers' expectations. In order to ensure that we achieve this objective, our processes are regularly improved through initiation of our employees' teamwork leading by our Business Process Improvement Team.

Customer satisfaction

Ensuring that our customers are satisfied is incredibly important to us as a business, which is why we regularly check that we are meeting their requirements. We are continually working to improve production process and supply reliability as well as our services, in order to further increase customer satisfaction. Customer feedback is an important tool that we can use to improve ourselves.

Employees

Our employees are our most valuable asset. They have been chosen for their professional skills and personal qualities, and receive regular training for their continuous professional development. We encourage proactivity and responsibility at every level in the Company hierarchy for continuous building of skills and core competencies amongst personnel to bring about effectiveness required for design, manufacturing, testing, and servicing of products.

Suppliers

A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. This is why we seek to work with strong suppliers that share our commitment to quality and our appreciation of the importance of protecting the environment over and above simply turning a quick profit. By working closely with our suppliers, we can offer them the support that they need in order to assist with their development so that they too can be part of our commitment to continuous improvement.

Equipment

We invest in machine automation where possible to reduce variation, defects, and wastes. Also, using the correct methodology of quality assurance guidelines for calibration of tools checking the critical dimensions of parts to ensure strict standards are fulfilled.

Laws and Regulations

Part of our quality management system has the aim to meet the mandatory requirements applicable to the products (laws and regulations)

ERP Integration

With our unique ERP system, we are able to log all the production process quality measures and necessary KPI's in order to continuously check the OEEs defined for each of products manufactured in our plant.
