Who We Are

We are a manufacturing Company, specialized and experienced in design, engineering and manufacturing of gas burner safety components for cooking and heating appliances’ industry since 1986 in our history. We manufacture a wide range of highly reliable components for domestic and industrial applications which can be used in different cooking and heating appliances.

The wide range of our products are successively developed, namely: thermocouple wires, thermostatic sensors, microswitch harnesses, ionisation electrodes, spark electrodes, ignition modules, and wirings. Because of our strong CNC machining, we also provide range of brass parts for different appliances. Our products are mainly used in free-standing gas cookers, gas and electric ovens, gas and electric heaters, built-in hobs, hoods, and water heaters.

Using our 35 years history of experience in the field, we understand customer needs through our interconnected engineering teams and inclusive product delivering that perform reliability every time. Our advanced laboratory combined with deep industry knowledge is used to implement and to quickly design, develop, manufacture, fuelled with innovation, the products that our customer requires.

During its founding years, the focus was placed squarely on Quality, Precision, and expertise – and these are attributes that our Company is still committed to delivering today. We value for our know-how on our products to gain highest quality by continuously improving the level of lean production, our business process operations, production automation, and informatization of our unique ERP to become the industry leader locally and internationally.

history

We belong to one big family: Pars Shir manufacturing company which is the parent and holding company of four subgroups. Being in this family group companies, we are able to understand the needs of customers and deliver real innovations for cooking and heating appliances.

Pars Shir Manufacturing Company was established in 1985, and has been manufacturing reliable and durable valves for cooking and heating industry with 350 people in production and administration. PARS SHIR MFG.CO. gas valves are used in free-standing cookers or built-in hobs to control the flow of gas and the power generated by the burners. These valves are offered in the types with or without thermoelectric safety device (magnet units) and can be produced in brass or extruded aluminium alloys.

Pars Flame Controls manufacturing plant based on a 4000m² area within two production halls in Kaveh industrial state, IRAN. As stated in our mission to consistently manufacture products at higher quality and technology level, every station of production is made process-based and consistently developed from material input to finished product according to the criteria defined in our quality control system. Relying on the expertise and long history in the industry, our Company has been able now to work with professional and technical personnel, with superb precision processing technology and automated production lines. We also offer a professional testing centre with complete sets of testing equipment which guarantees superior quality products for all customers.

 

Machining

Being a manufacturing company, we consider it an important task to continuously improve our innovative capacity, technological expertise, product range, our market position and our capital structure – and thus ultimately our competitiveness. To achieve this, it is necessary to keep tapping new business segments to make better economic use of existing know-how and to keep adding to it in a goal-oriented manner. We look for better performance using our machining, which are used for our production

Plastic Injection Moulding:

Plastic injection moulding is a method that has gained wide acceptance for the mass production of plastic moulded parts and components. Injection moulded parts are accordingly designed product-specifically in our Company.

The accuracy of high filled, plastic moulded parts is an essential prerequisite for the high measurement accuracy of our Company products. A separate moulding unit is therefore operated here in our factory in order to have the know-how required for the moulding process and the tool design always available in-house.

r & d

Our Company has been supported by our strong R&D team as our backbone. The R&D team is covered by our design engineer and technicians working together with our staff using strong software infrastructure such as SolidWorks and CATIA for its mechanical components. Within our R&D, prototypes of the designs are made and then design verification tests are performed according to the market standards. In addition, life tests of the developed products are realized in R&D department under various environment conditions respecting standards of each of the products.
