Safety in the home is obtained through suitable use of gas cooking and heating appliances, that is the object of concern along government bodies and standard organisations both domestically and internationally. The safety of products that lies in the simplicity of the working system and in the small number of components (such as thermocouples and magnet units) of the electric circuit makes it the most efficient and economic surveillance system amongst those available. The safety and quality of end users is obtained by introducing products with superior quality and safety characteristics. Pars Flame Controls products are assigned to strict safety and tests controls, in agreement with the market standards, to certify that they are free from defects. The quality control on 100% of the production is by life testing that requires the successful further random quality checks.

Products durability are obtained through number of alternate thermic cycles (Conditions of temperature) that is carried out in the laboratory. These tests are followed according to the market requirement and standards and with close eye of the performance of the product to achieve reliability. Precision and accuracy of our operation combined with reliability and our engineering teamwork are the secret behind wide range of our production:

  • Pars Flame Controls strictly managed according to TS 16949 and ISO 9001 where procedures are applied in our factories and every part of every single product is tested for its quality and functions before shipment to the customer.
  • The adoption of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) has been applied through all of the processes in our Company, we count our IT department as one of our value-added factors to our customer services and chain of values.
  • Products meet with RoHS and REACH standards, and have received certifications of CE, TUV, and CQC

To ensure quality, safety, and reliability of our products, we require strict testing in place. Through product testing, we are able to set technical standards for our products in order to produce high-quality materials that are safe for customer use. We understand that in order to stay ahead in the manufacturing industry and maximize the Company reputations and profit, it is important to have guidelines to follow to ensure the products meet customer expectations. We do apply life tests to our critical components and products in order to measure and test the strength level of the components we purchase and the products we manufacture; especially considering the maximum operating temperature in order to measure and test the strength level of the components we purchase and the products we manufacture. Therefore, we apply 100% tests to meet product requirements that is in terms of electrically, mechanically, and functionally in our production line.

Hence, we are on the road of continuously improving of our behaviour and attitudes as well as our process, products and services in order to ensure that a customer focus is visible in all that we do.

  • Our controls and tests are carried out in detail in all processes, starting from input quality control process to the delivery of the products. The controls are subjected with AQC sampling in order to separate output quality control considering customer requirements. Also,, all raw materials are controlled by sampling method in accordance with input quality criteria.
