Customers are the heart of business operations. At Pars Flame Controls, we believe that requirements of the same customer may change over time, so our Company must continuously measure and evaluate its customer requirements. To be successful at building competitive advantage, we obligate ourselves to know our customers and to know what they want. Understanding our customer requirements is essential for focusing on the right competitive capabilities and designing the "best" business processes.
We understand our customer requirements as follows and we try to build our Company strategy considering these factors that are discussed daily in our Company:
- Meeting specific customer needs: a customer may have applications that are unique or different from most other customers; Value may be provided by precisely meeting a customer's needs.
- Quick response: it is usually an advantage to customers to have products available immediately upon request. Late delivery may create delays, increase costs, and create other problems for customers. Also, early delivery often creates storage problems, damage the items siting in inventory and increase of capital to carry inventory.
- Product performance and features: high-performing products with many features are always required by our customers especially with little or no additional cost.
- Product Quality: for our customer, quality is defined as "fitness for use". Quality is broadly defined and can include product performance and features.
- Price: the amount paid for our products and services is still a winning competitive factor in being selected by our customers. We understand the price is the other half of the value equation. Value is what a customer gets for the price paid.
- Service: we understand our service as part of our relationship with our customers, it includes both our commitments to our customers and the companion activities, such as helping to arrange financing for a purchase or helping to handle customer complaints.
At Pars Flame Controls, we work towards creating values for our customers, providing clients series of products with safety, reliability, and technical services that are coming from our 35 years’ experience in the field. We continuously work towards lean production, automation, and informatization to become the industry leader.
